We can highly recommend Marshall & Co. Lee gave us a quote and a plan very quickly after coming to view the property. He and his team started three weeks after that and it has been smooth sailing ever since. All the tradesmen are highly skilled, hard working and friendly. There were no delays and we are very pleased with the results. We lived in the house throughout and I’m thankful to Lee and the guys who ensured there was minimal upheaval to our family.Our work involved removal of a staircase and two thick, internal walls, construction of two downstairs bathrooms, a new kitchen and a dressing room.

We have now finished our dealings with Lee Marshall and I feel in a good position to make comment. From our first contact with Lee, we were impressed by his friendly professionalism and genuine concern to help us achieve the best possible outcome for our project. His estimate was very competative, and when his team started on-site, they were on-time every day.Throughout the build, there were a few issues that concerned us, but for all of these, Lee took responsibility and fully rectified each situation without any fuss. The end result is a large extension and something my wife and I are very pleased with. We found the whole process of dealing with Lee Marshall something we would be happy to recommend.We have also recently sought the expertise of Lee and his team for other home improvements (large garden decking with glass balustrade, and new internal glass partition and aluminium/glass door). Once again, Lee arrived when he said he would, completed the work skillfully and efficiently and cleared up completely after each visit.Needless to say, if we need any more home improvement or construction work, we will seek out Lee (Marshall & Co) as our first choice.

Lee was instrumental in completing a 'back to brick' project for me which showcased not only his his skills as a joiner but also his understanding of project management as well as his problem solving skills to ensure a smooth handover.
