I was super excited to sign up and get started with my course, but the onboarding call wasn't very good, so I got frustrated and really discouraged. This was the only training I have found that had everything all in one I needed for my courses, so I was frustrated I couldn't get it figured out easily, and I definitely couldn't afford them doing it for me... Luckily, Stockton reached out after I posted my frustrations and asked what he could do to help, and I JUST finished with my second onboarding call with Tony! He did an amazing job, answered all the questions, and figured out why I was so frustrated, which was because I didn't have access to part of the website that allowed me to make sense of the training they were teaching!! He also went through the basics of what they do, which I am even more excited to get started again!! Just goes to show that sometimes sharing your frustration about something can guide you to getting the help you need for success! Thank you, Tony and Stockton! Jess B
