I contracted Rich to come do air testing at my rental house, as I was having odd symptoms and a lot brain fog within a month of moving into the property. He was able to come out the day after my phone call, and was extremely thorough in his methods of testing, in addition to the air samples he took to send to the lab, he also did an oxygen test, checked for Radon and other gases, and did a visual inspection of all areas of concern. When the lab results came back positive for high levels of several types of mold that should not be in a home, he took the time to explain everything to me and it gave me the information I needed to truly realize how the home was harming me and that it wasn’t all just in my head. Fast forward to three weeks later, and I have been out of that rental and am doing much, much better. My brain fog and lethargy have almost entirely dissipated and I’m feeling nearly back to my old self. Rich’s demeanor, professionalism, and knowledge should not be understated. Our home flooded and we recently completed repairs. They came out and thoroughly inspected every floor. They were so knowledgeable and informative. Their initial tests came back fine and they told us that they can do the extra tests (cost more $$$), but that they didn't think we needed it based off their inspections.
