I sent Rich a long email, listing a lot of current concerns of mine with the home I just bought last year and pictures. He made absolutely sure to make time for a phone call with me even though he was flying that weekend. During the in-depth phone call he answered all kinds of questions I had, and more. I was even able to read off lab results from a previous mold test I was anxious was done wrong by a general home inspection company- and he assured me that really there was no true evidence of a problem from what he could tell with the numbers. So he was very hopeful. I was also happening to talk to a couple other companies at the time (I had no idea what I was doing or what to expect from who!)- including a new mold test by a mold-specific company, of which the results were indeed good! So Rich was spot-on, and two other nice companies who were helping me agreed with him as well. Some other companies I had the displeasure of contacting feed into your anxiety and just want your money.. So I have no doubt that I am SO glad to have found Rich. It is so very refreshing that there are companies who seem to truly care while doing an expert job. Especially during such a vulnerable, anxious, and scary time. He really helped to calm me down. Genuine people are still out there. Looking to help. I would definitely recommend Rich & his company, and actually already have! Thank you again!

Rich was amazing. He took time to hear our concerns about our environment, answered so many questions and asked some great questions of us that we hadn’t even thought of. When the results came back he explained them and answered more questions. Highly recommend him and this company.

I called and Rich talked me down over the phone and came out the very next morning to check out the issue. He explained the next steps and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He definitely gave me peace of mind and I would highly recommend the company.
