I can’t say enough about how great the mechanics are here. They are honest, skilled, and truly care about their customers. They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle when Precision tune botched what was supposed to be a simply job. In a way I’m glad I encountered an issue with precision tune because I wouldn’t have discovered these great guys! I’m so grateful for this family owned business. They plain things to where it’s easy to understand, and they never tried to upsell or pressure me into anything unnecessary. They actually addressed and corrected the situation/problem precision tune on new Bern ave created. I felt safe driving off and these guys helped me look up the OE parts so that they can repair them within the next couple of weeks!

A few weeks ago my car ran out of gas during rush hour in front of Falls village Exxon. I was in a dangerous situation and two great Falls Village Exxon employees helped me push my car across three lanes of traffic into the gas station. I offered to pay them and they refused so the least I can do is to tell the world how generous and helpful they are by this review.

Called based on a referral from Garner German Garage. Unfortunately they weren't able to recreate the issue but it wasn't due to a lack of effort. Totally random and intermittent starting issue with my wife's Grand Cherokee. I appreciate an honest shop that won't just start trial and error replacing expensive parts without first know the root cause of an issue. I'll be back for sure. Perhaps sooner than later as I suspect my daughter's vehicle needs the catalytic converter replaced.

My car overheated about 2-3 blocks north of the shop, was able to nurse it in and had it fixed in about 3 hours. Very happy with their service and explanation of the problem.
