My second year using safe tax west end. In 20 years of filing taxes this is the best place I've ever used. Easy, Friendly, professional, and personalized service. They take time to listen and treat you as a real person not just a form to file. Simply put, you get what you pay for. You will pay a bit more than HR block or some of the "big tax" places but using these ppl saved me thousands more than HR block calculated because they take the time to review everything, ask questions, and get every deduction/credit you're eligible for. This place is your best bet for taxes if you want to get your max refund. You can even submit everything thru their secure portal and they handle it without having to go in. Can't thank these people enough. Still amazed and so very grateful.
