Tayler helped arrange our recent Viking trip to Paris. HeaveAway Travel was there every step of the way. From booking to our return to the states, they didn't miss a single detail. Their service is outstanding - excellent and prompt communication as well as offering guidance and tips for onshore excursions. Without a doubt, 5 star service. Traveling to Europe can be daunting - but HeaveAway make it easy and we look forward to using them again for our next adventure!

Working with Aaron and Tayler to plan our Viking cruise was wonderful. They were both highly responsive, diligent to ensure all documentation and details of our voyage were accurate and clear. Their ongoing communication throughout the process ensured that our travel to and from the ship were accurate including transfers from the airport to the ship as well as to the airport heading home. They answered all questions and went above and beyond to ensure all of our arrangements were ready on time and well documented. We would use their services again for a future voyage with a Viking cruise.

We appreciated the great service from Ryan and HeaveAway Travel in arranging for our trip to Iceland. It was so much easier to arrange for the cabin and air travel and get reminders on things we needed to do. The personal attention to detail as well as being able to get answers to questions in a timely way was greatly appreciated.

We had a very positive experience working with Ariel to book and manage our recent Viking Ocean Cruise around Italy. This was our first trip to Europe so we needed her guidance. Ariel was very knowledgeable, informative and responsive. She also recommended a hotel in Rome which was very nice and strategically located near our city tours. Susan was also very helpful with trip insurance. The Viking Cruise was absolutely fantastic! We highly recommend Viking and Ariel at Heave Away. We'll use them again for our future travel plans. Thank you Ariel!

Ariel has been a great travel agent. She is a fount of knowledge and smooths out all problems. In addition, if she had not advocated for me with her manager and Viking directly, I would not be on my Mediterranean Cruise. Although Viking tried to book my tickets with Air Canada, Air Canada refused as I use an Oxygen Concentrator. Luckily, Viking were surprised that Air Canada was not as accessible for disabled tourists as they had thought and booked me a flight with Delta and West Jet at no extra charge, and with no qualms about taking me on their flights. She remained optimistic throughout and I have really appreciated her support and guidance.

Ryan booked us on a Mediterranean cruise on Viking. Ryan was absolutely wonderful to work with. He got us a great deal and was very responsive the whole time. We had never been on a Viking cruise before so we had a lot of questions when it got close. Ryan was very quick & responsive, including on the weekends & early in the morning. We have another cruise booked with Ryan for 10/26 but will definitely book additional cruises with him.As for the Mediterranean Viking cruise, it was first class all the way. My husband & I loved the experience. The crew was fantastic, the food was delicious & the ship was beautiful & very comfortable. It was relaxing yet filled with a lot to see & do. The entire crew works to make your experience memorable. We have already recommended Viking to a lot of our friends and will continue to do so.

My husband and I cruised with Viking Ocean Cruises from October 9 through October 23, 2025 to Canada and the New England area. In true Viking fashion, the ship was beautiful!! The staff is by far the hardest working staff we had ever seen. From the room attendants to the cooks to the waiters, they went out of their way to please us. And the food was fantastic!! The cruise director and the assistant cruise director were so talented. They sang and played musical instruments. Unbelievable!! I will definitely recommend this cruise line!!

Susan and Aaron Bishop were so courteous, helpful, and very responsive throughout the process as we planned our Globus trip to England, Scotland, and Wales. There were 16 in our family and friends group, and they were so good to answer their individual questions and help them throughout the process. Susan went far beyond the second mile when medical issues came up at the last minute before our departure. I highly recommend their services. It was a pleasure to work with Susan and Aaron at HeaveAway Travel.

Excellent Service with our Travel Agent Ryan from HeaveAway Travel! We traveled on Viking Cruise from Venice with a Pre stay in Tuscany for 3 nights before which included all meals and excursions! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute of our trip! We were greeted at the airport and shuttled to our Villa in Tuscany and we had complete service with Viking from our entire time there from Tuscany to Venice which we boarded the Ocean Cruiser to our venture to Rome! Every stop was delightful including all the meals and entertainment on the ship. We ended our stay in Rome with an additional 2 nights stay at a beautiful hotel and were on our own until we were escorted to the airport to return to our destination in AZ! Thank you Ryan for all that you did to make our Viking Cruise Vacation a memorable experience! We will definitely book many more vacations with you!
