I was about an hour away from kings Auto Body. I called and spoke to a lady over the phone. Because she told me that they are certified in repairing telsas, I asked for an estimate, she said, no problem come in and we'll give you an estimate. When I arrived she said, it will be $20.00 for an estimate. I told her why didn't you tell me that over the phone? She said because you didn't ask. I said because normally shop don't charge for an estimate. Interestingly, another customer was complaining about the same issue of changing for an estimate. If it's there policy to charge , that's fine. My complaint is , she should've informed me that their was a charge over the phone, I wouldn't have drove about an hour to get there. A big waste of time.

A truly great experience all around! Had to have front bumper that was pulled off in an accident repaired, painted and reinstalled for a price that didn’t gouge you like some other companies tried to do. Thank you for great work!

They are extremely good in terms of quality of the job. Had accident on my Honda accord two times and they helped me replace my hood and front bumper. Left my car good as new. Additionally I came back because I noticed there was a small defect on one of the parts and they did not hesitate and ensuring the piece was properly secured. As of now extremely satisfied, they are reasonable with the price and very attentive, would recommend 10/10. Will be bringing my car again for future repairs.

I had a great experience with Kings Auto Body. Nobody ever really wants to need car repairs, but they made the experience as good as possible. They are friendly, efficient, conscientious, quick (at least in my case), and reasonably priced. I got my bumper fixed in good time and they even washed my car before i picked it up.
