Jamison and company helped me get two rental properties back on the market quickly. Both properties included full interior paint. One of the properties also needed the kitchen cabinets refinished and painted. They worked long hours to get both properties painted quickly so I could get them back on the market with minimal down time. Excellent prep work and finish product! Being a Senior Project Superintendent for a commercial general contractor, a large part of my job is to evaluate the good contractors from the not so good. With every measure, Brush Masters Paint Co. absolutely is located in the category of a good contractor. B.M.P.Co has very fair/competitive pricing, and as a bonus includes knowledge and sound advice for when savings can be accomplished, without suffering quality, and even more important, when to spend money for longevity. Quality of workmanship is spot on, adhering to manufacture guidelines, proper cleaning and surface preparations, caulking/sealing cracks and/or dissimilar materials, applying thick coats, straight line ‘cut in’s’ and two tone transitions, proper masking, timely back rolling and working with a wet edge, proper dry times between coats, where to use oil vs water based primers/paints. B.M.P.Co Is honest and straight forward when committing to timelines/schedules, and doesn’t give you ear candy for getting awarded the job, only to run over the agreed upon allotted time. I could go on, but to sum it up, my wife and I hired B.M.P.Co in the summer of 2019 for painting the exterior of our home, and nearly 6 years later, the house still looks great! No evidence of cracking, pealing, flaking or any other fails that occurs as a result of a poor paint job. Also on a personal note, they paid special attention to protect my wife’s beloved plants.
