After having a bad customers, experience ring looking for pricing and quotes. I then left a one star review, I was then reached out too by someone pretending they were from the Google review team. which Google review never do ring on a private number, finding out where I work. And trying to harass me into finding out information. This is a breach of privacy and has been escalated. And phone call was recorded.

While I was parked at Vinnies Mitchell with my son, a man driving a vehicle branded with your company name pulled up next to us and began shouting phrases such as “what’s the matter” and “rude prick.” His driving appeared erratic, and his behaviour was aggressive and intimidating, particularly given that both he and I had young children in our vehicles.I found the incident concerning and felt it appropriate to bring it to your attention, as this individual was representing your company at the time. For reference, I attach a photo of the car.
