Just hire him now. He’s the absolute best. I’m a person who notices details. Through all he’s done for us over 6 months’ time - interior and exterior painting throughout, install and staining of stair tread and risers, replace and paint trim on all floors and windows, drywall texture and paint, etc, he’s been meticulous through it all. I GC’d our 2,000 SF addition and whole home remodel and have dealt with the typical stories of being stolen from, poor communication and horrible quality issues. Don’t waste your time and money going cheap. Francisco is very fair priced and well under priced for the quality. Seriously the best.
