Such an amazing experience! Winnie had an unfortunate accident where wax got into her fur, and they were so patient, understanding, and gentle with her. They paid close attention to every detail and made sure she was comfortable throughout the process. She had to be cut pretty short because of the wax, but the results were AMAZING! she came out looking like the cutest little teddy bear! So grateful for the care they gave my baby. We’ll definitely be back!

My 1 1/2 year old toy poodle Peaches came out looking like a little model. Clean place with very knowledgeable staff. They take great care in making the dogs look and feel safe and taken care of. Will definitely be back as this will now be our grooming spot.

By farrr the absolute best groomer I've taken my pups to yet! Well worth every penny I spent. Salon smells wonderful, very clean & cute. Pups came home smelling amazing and for the first time ever they don't look choppy. Someone who knows what they're doing. Very even clean cut, fluffy and well rounded paws. Also no hassle to get my dogs in. Called and was able to send them right in. Viviana also has great communication and is polite. For the first time my poodle looks like an actual cute poodle. For both my pups this is their best cut. Amazing job will deff be returning.

Viviana and Dary are the best dog groomers, they are so gentle and patient with my Bernedoodle, who can get scared of dog grooming in general, but my dog trusts them so much. And they give her lots of kisses to help ease her anxiety. Highly recommend!

Review Title: Traumatic Experience – Medical Emergency Caused by NegligenceRating: ⭐☆☆☆☆I am writing this as a warning to all pet owners. I took my dog here for a groom, and it nearly cost my dog its life. My dog has been perfectly healthy with many vet visits and a clean bill of health—until today.The environment was dangerous and unprofessional. The floors are slippery for dogs especially older dogs that can fall and get hip dysplasia. The groomer used an extremely loud dryer with zero ear protection for the dog, which led to my puppy having a seizure right there. Furthermore, my dog’s behavior was so abnormal that I am concerned about whether any unauthorized sedatives were used.My dog was falling lethargic could barely walk and looked sedated.I had to rush my dog to the emergency vet immediately. This business caused my dog severe anxiety and a major medical episode due to their ignorance and lack of basic safety precautions. My vet questioned them and they gave short answers when asked what they protected ears with they said cotton balls. They clearly do not know how to handle animals safely or recognize the signs of distress.cotton balls don’t protect the dogs ears from a extreme loud dryer. I have never heard such a loud dryer! dogs ears are extremely sensitive.I deeply regret trying a new place instead of sticking with Dogtopia, where I take my other dog. This business is a hazard to pets and should be shut down. Do not trust them with your fur babies.they didn’t even charge me because they didn’t want a paper trail .Absolutely Negligent Groomers!

I took both my fur babies here, we lost our previous groomers due to the groomer leaving, so we were in search of a new groomer; but for me I’m picky with my fur babies and have had my share of people messing up my dogs hair. I have a Maltese and I want a certain cut for her, prior to this place my previous groomer knew exactly what I wanted. I was worried at first because again I’m picky, but they assured me I would be happy with my pups cuts; sure enough I went to pick up my babies and oh my goodness, my fur baby looked like a princess and my Cavachon looked like a distinguished gentleman again. I was very happy and when we brought them home the family was happy too! I booked my next appt with them and will continue to bring my babies here !
