From providing an estimate to planning and providing services to final cleanup Ben and his crew were excellent.We have never had a tree service that was so meticulous in cleanup and yard restoration.You'll appreciate the quality of their work!Update 1/12/25:During a January wind storm, a huge tree in our back yard was uprooted and came crashing down onto our house. We were, of course, so shocked and didn't know where to start. We knew we needed to get the tree off the house as soon as possible to begin assessing the damage. Not knowing where to turn, we called to leave a message with Harmony Tree services. Within an hour Ben called back and within another hour he was at our home. He quickly assessed the situation and explained because of the size and position of the tree a crane would be necessary to lift the tree before he could begin cutting and removing it . He would begin putting a plan together immediately. He assured us that he'd have his crew remove the tree without further damage to our house or a fence which lay below the angle of the fallen tree.True to his word, a crane was on our property by 8 AM the next morning, and the tree was completely removed and property cleaned up by 3 PM. In addition as a favor to us, Ben took an extensive series of pictures before and after showing the fallen tree and the damage to our chimney, siding, and roof. As a result of the details of the pictures, our insurance company arrived at a quick and generous settlement.We will always be so grateful to Ben and Harmony Tree Services for their speedy and competent service to us and how very reasonable their charge. Even the insurance company remarked on the quality of their services and charge. The crew arrived this morning promptly at scheduled time to trim the red maple in our backyard. We live in a row of townhouses. . They assessed what had to be done and immediately went to work. Charlie was tbe trimmer who did an excellent t job. His crew team was also involved with the entire operation. Bottom line: I'm a very satisfied customer and would use Harmony again without hesitation! The only reason I didn't select "On Time" in the review questions is because I wasn't the person involved in the scheduling or tracking the work, so I simply don't know.Harmony was hired for a large job of pruning, trimming, and removals for our condominium community. The expertise of Charlie (arborist) and Ben (up-and-coming arborist) came through in the work they did and in the extended explanations and walks around the property with Charlie. They did an extensive amount of work. Each limb cut or trimmed was deliberate and well thought out. The health of each tree was taken into account. I think it's a huge benefit that they're a small company with big expertise. The arborists are also part of the work crew--on-site working, managing, and directing the work from start to finish.
