The fiancés cat peed on my couch but George removed the cat pee smell from my couch in one go! I had thrown 3 different chemicals at it and bought my own equipment to resolve the issue but couldn’t. I find it hard to trust anyone in my house that I don’t know but George was respectable and trustworthy. This is an honest company and honest employees. Highly recommend this company!

We are selling our home and we’re concerned because our carpets had stains from multiple kids and pets. We thought we were never going to have success getting them out. We tried some of the other companies and they had no success. I tried Northstar Restoration based on the claims on their website and their reviews. Now I am leaving a review. They worked miracles. They got them all out. Carpets look great. There was one stain that was red slush that we had tried to use carpet dye on and made it worse. The tech said we may not have any success. It almost completely came out. He then recommended and product that would help and it did. Thank you.

what an incredible service! We had some really tough food stains on our living room carpet that I honestly thought would never come out. But this company worked their magic! The technician was not only super professional but also incredibly quick. Now, the carpet looks brand new, and everything was spotless in no time. I can't recommend them enough!
