I use Northstar for my Carpet cleaning needs and I noticed on my bank account that I sent them $140 yesterday, out of the blue. I didn’t recognize the phone number but I began to text them. They immediately replied that they received $140 from me & the number on Zelle was omitted. Within seconds a message came thru stating that $140 was posted to my bank account. Well I don’t know how many people would be so honest and helpful, let alone return my money. I am proud to call them my carpet cleaner company!! I would recommend them to everyone! The fiancés cat peed on my couch but George removed the cat pee smell from my couch in one go! I had thrown 3 different chemicals at it and bought my own equipment to resolve the issue but couldn’t. I find it hard to trust anyone in my house that I don’t know but George was respectable and trustworthy. This is an honest company and honest employees. Highly recommend this company!
