We had an exceptional experience working with Legacy. We’ve done work on our house before, and so many things went wrong that we are always bracing for the worst when setting out on a project. Legacy was the complete opposite in every way. They delivered exactly what they promised in the timeframe they promised. They designed everything and stayed in touch through it all. I had a vague idea of what I wanted, but what they came up with was better than my wildest dreams. It is so functional and well designed. Things I wouldn’t have even thought of such as making sure the drawers are the appropriate height to hold your laundry detergent and the snack area being easily accessible to small children. The men that worked on the house were polite, kind and had incredible attention to detail. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. I am including some before and after of our spaces. We have 5 young children in this home, and the mentalload they have taken from me just by giving me an organized space is priceless. The only thing I’m sad about is that it’s finished and I won’t get to work with them every day! You really won’t regret working with Legacy!

Such a great addition to our home! Highly recommend this company for so many reasons. The product and customer service were far beyond our expeditions. Kevin and the team were professional, helpful and accommodative. Sure it’s a price commitment but it’s totally worth it! If you’re on the fence highly recommend you do it. It’s both organization and beautiful, so you cannot beat it as an asset to your house. From start to finish our experience with Legacy Wardrobes was exemplary.It started with an introductory phone call with the owner Kevin, followed up by a visit by Amy to see the space, discuss what we were looking for and a bunch of measurements.Next step was a visit to their show room to see what design Amy and the team came up with and they nailed it, and within the budget we discussed. We finalized some design options during that visit, choosing colors and hardware and settled on an install date.A few weeks down the line the installers showed up on time and were kind and professional and did a bang-up job over the next two and a half days.When inspecting the completed product I noticed a very small nick in one of the shelves, and scratch on one piece of hardware. They had a new shelf manufactured and installed by the next day and while they didn't have the specific piece of hardware in stock, it was replaced within a few days.I can't say enough about how easy they made the entire experience and we're thrilled every time we walk into the closet. We actually used to keep the door closed in what is a tiny third bedroom, but now we leave it open so we can see the finished product and smile. We bought a new construction home with all builder-grade details, and the closets annoyed us the most. Even before we had moved in, we contacted Legacy and started working on upgrading the closets to Legacy Wardrobe.Amy, the lead designer, came to take measurements. A week later, we met with her and the owner, Kevin, at their studio to review their plans and designs. We liked their thinking, philosophy, and designs so much that we didn’t even talk to any other closet companies.After a 5–6 week wait, the installation began. We were having other work done in the house at the same time, and the professionalism and pride that the installers brought to their work was such a differentiator compared to the other people we were working with.Emanuel, Jose, and Lewis were respectful, professional, and cleaned up after their work every day. When I gave them antique hardware to use, I didn’t realize how much additional work it would mean for them, but they took it in stride and made it work beautifully. No task was too much or too hard for them.We had some miscommunications regarding the custom details, but Legacy made them all right. We couldn't be happier with how it all worked out. We recently finalized a built-in cabinet project with Legacy in our living room. I am so delightfully pleased with the craftsmanship and service offered by the entire Legacy Wardrobe team. Kevin is a great owner who not only helped with the design, he helped guide us through selection and choices that would balance aesthetic with our budget. Antoine and Dan did a great job of installing and paid attention to every detail. We had to modify part of the install to allow for cables behind the TV, and they made sure it was done right, even though they had to go back on work they'd already did. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. It's worth the investment when working with this team.
