To start Kevin and his team answered my request within 24 hour and was able to come out and do an estimate within the next few days. The in home estimate was thorough and efficient. He and I walked through which design would best fit my needs and he was able to get me a 3 -D plan within a few hours of the estimate so I can see the vision come to life. Kevin has done work for us before and I knew he would be the best solution for trying to maximize our space. We ripped out existing half walls and the existing closets, redesigned the layout and gave my wife's section floor to ceiling wardrobes AND an additional wall unit. It's a total game changer. We are renovating our south philly row home and in the process, our closet space got a little unconventional with the space (with bump outs and divots lol). We had Legacy and another come out to give us layouts and pricing. Legacy was the right choice by far! They were quick with the drawings, personable, and their pricing, you could not be beat. In comparison to the other company who I had to reach out to twice the drawings, and the pricing with the seasonal sale was ridiculously high. We were honest up front that we didn't have tons of money to put towards this project and he didn't try to sell us on any of the extra stuff (which I'm so appreciative) We got our original quote and drawings maybe in October but we didn't actually move forward with the process until February. Legacy was very accommodating with our schedule. Antoine and Luis were the guys that came to install the closets. They were prompt with arrival, super nice and communicated their plans for the installation with us. They finished the job in a day. We are so happy with this whole process and the final product and would highly recommend legacy to anyone looking to personalize and organize their space. Where to begin. I found Legacy Wardrobe through their IG page. Kevin and his team helped me to design my dream home. I renovated a condo in Philadelphia. Kevin used my inspiration images to design a custom kitchen, bar space, built in living room wall with fireplace, hidden storage, and a great spot to hang the TV. The Legacy and AK Custom Interiors team did an amazing job on our closet and living room makeover. We had a surprisingly spacious walk in closet in our bedroom for a tiny city row home, but only rails inside for hanging items. The team installed shelving, drawers and new hanging space for the closet. We can now organize our closet and put some of our clothes away that used to just lay in stacks on the floor / above the hanging clothing. We love it ( 3 pics included ). We also had the team design cabinets and shelves for our main living space. We have a brick wall that includes a chimney that juts out. In order to center the chimney and make this space feel like a separate room the team designed the perfect cabinets and shelves for us. We had NO space to our decorations, our TV, pictures, or any storage in this room. Now we have an abundance and it looks beautiful. (4 pics included). The legacy team was very flexible and willing to return to install hardware that was not yet in from the store when they wrapped up onsite work. Kevin and his team are awesome. They are definitely worth the upgrade if you were thinking about doing it yourself or using IKEA Pax units, which we were considering. Now we have the most beautiful closet system that brings us joy every morning and night when we get into bed. I had no idea what a difference it would make to have them design it using CAD and be able to get our order in seamlessly and then have their capable crew handle the install over two days. They saved us a huge headache of planning. We never want to go the IKEA route again if we can help it. We had uneven floors so they scribed it perfectly and adjusted to make sure it would look seamless. I didn't even think about that complexity. Their installers are top notch. It would have likely been the equivalent cost ultimately for a not perfect closet system. We have more storage than we could have imagined since we have high ceilings. We used Ash laminate and it is just beautiful and designer looking, like Dwell. We're saving up to get more done by Kevin. Thanks so much for all your help and making us a beautiful closet. We contacted several closet design companies, but they didn't have a good solution for building around the AC vent.
