I had the opportunity to have the Kirei cleaning team at home. I have to say that it was the best decision ever!Yenni and Erika H left my house very clean, they did an amazing job. They pay an extensive amount of attention to the small details, my house was spotless!I highly recommend Kirei Cleaning company, they are very professional and I really appreciate their punctuality.I would definitely hire kirei cleaning again!

My father-in-law lives in Richmond and had guests visiting from out of town. Kirei did an amazing job getting his house ready! Thanks very much to Brianna, Erika and Yanni for their hard work and professionalism—we really appreciate it.

Yesterday Kirie team - Erika, Yani and Briana arrived and Presto! All the dust was gone, everthing vacuumed, kithchen and bathrooms sparkling. Erika's team are my favorite, but on the odd occasion when they are not available the other Kirie teams have been just as fantastic!😄

I was referred to this cleaning company by someone I know, and based on the recommendation and the overall cost we discussed, I decided to book their service. We communicated by phone, agreed on the hourly rate, and scheduled the cleaning. They arrived on time and did a good job cleaning the space.Unfortunately, I was surprised to find an additional charge for cleaning supplies at the end. This extra fee was not mentioned or communicated to me during our initial phone conversation when we discussed the pricing and booking.I chose this company largely because of the recommendation and the cost we had discussed, so I would have appreciated more transparency about any additional charges upfront. While I was happy with the actual cleaning service, the lack of communication around the extra fee is the reason I’m giving a lower rating.

Vero, Fernanda, and Erica R did an amazing job at our house. We were very pleased with the results. They were very personable, kind, and very thorough in their cleaning. We would highly recommend them. A great experience for us. We will use this company again for sure!

I sincerely appreciate the hard work, professionalism, and dedication of the management and staff at KIREI.Your advice and recommendations regarding the details of our home have truly enhanced its comfort and overall appearance. It’s amazing how the little details can make such a big difference.Thank you, Mr. Doi, for your expert guidance and thoughtful suggestions, and a special thank you to the wonderful ladies whose hard work made it all possible.I truly appreciate your outstanding service and would highly recommend KIREI to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and attention to detail.-RAMÍREZ

Very satisfied with carpet cleaning. I cleaned my previous apartment with Kirei a few years ago, so booked an appointment with them for the second time.Ricardo did a fantastic job, my carpeted floor looks at least 2 shades brighter 😁 He was very careful and attentive to make sure he could still clean as much area as possible. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is timing - they were 90 minutes late. But the team was very understanding and offered a nice discount!Thank you once again Kirei!

The team Kirei: Jackie, Veronica y Brianna were puntual and very detail oriented! My house and the places that needed the most TLC were left sparkling clean! If you ever need a good deep cleaning this is the right crew to have!Thank you Kirei

Jannette’s team were awesome as always …did an amazing job

I have been using Kirei for years. Great service, very friendly, consistent and reliable.

Kirei team did an amazing job! Thank you so much

I highly recommend Kirei Cleaning Services. Ericka & Yani arrived on time & did an amazing job of cleaning our very large office space!

We used Kirei Cleaning Service a few years ago and Ericka and Yani did a fantastic work! We will use them again on our next move out clean!

I hired Kirei Cleaning for a full home deep cleaning and was very satisfied. They were punctual, professional, and very detail-oriented. They left everything spotless, especially the kitchen and bathrooms (My nemesis..:D)I’ll definitely be hiring them regularly to take care of my home cleaning. I highly recommend them.

Kirei Cleaning Services is absolutely fantastic! Ericka H. and Su did an incredible job on our home—everything was spotless, thorough, and done with such care and attention to detail. They were professional, friendly, and left the place looking better than ever. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for reliable, top-quality cleaning in Vancouver! Will definitely book them again.

Cleaning was adequate to good. My main gripe, and I don’t blame the cleaners for this, is expecting a tip to be paid during checkout. Be warned therefore that the price you’re quoted may not be what you pay.

jacky and christina did a great job cleaning places we hadnt got to in a long time !!

Janet and Ann did a wonderful job on our move out clean. Our place looked amazing! Thank you.

Jannette and Ann did a move out clean for our apartment in Mount Pleasant and did fantastic work with cleaning the unit and our appliances. We are very impressed with how organized and professional they were! Thank you both!

Kirei cleaners are terrific. Very efficient and they do a great job. Bonus: They are very nice people to have around. I highly recommend.

I am sooooo satisfied! We had to do a move out clean and searched online and came across to this company. I am more than surprised! We didn’t use the dishwasher and the basement shower for more than 15 years it was so scary I couldn’t even open it but Jannette and Antonia did a fabulous job!!!! It looks brand new! I am sooooo satisfied I will definitely call them back again! I should have called them before our move out then we could have used the shower! lol

Absolutely the BEST carpet cleaning service I have ever had by Ricardo! Fast, efficient, methodical, polite, kind, courteous, friendly! Highly recommended!👏🤩💖

I used Kirei for the second time last week for a move-out clean, and was just as happy as the first time a few years back. Yany and Erika Romo were very thorough. Both times now, my landlord/building manager at the time were so happy with how the apartments looked. My most recent building manager asked for Kirei's info during our walk-through.I also wanted to mention Diana, who took care of my booking. Because my move didn't quite go as planned, I found myself needing to reschedule my clean the day before it was initially supposed to happen. She was able to move me to a later date and I am so appreciative. She was also very quick to respond to any email/message I sent. I will definitely continue to use Kirei for any future cleaning needs.

Romo and Valverde did an excellent job on our bathroom and kitchen. Peter, North Vancouver

We have been using this company for over two years to clean our apartment building common areas, shared tenant bathroom, managers suite, and suites between tenancies. Their work is always exceptional. I have not had a single tenant complaint in all that time. Julio and his team care about the quality of their work and make personalized efforts to ensure we are happy and taken care of.

Excellent work and fairly priced. Good deep cleaning of my place with Erika and Carla for 3 hours this afternoon and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend

Thank you to Ericka and Yani! They did a AMAZING job of cleaning a house that I was getting ready to list. The Kitchens and Bathrooms needed extra care and everything sparkled.

Ericka and Yany did an exceptional job!! Would highly recommend!

We’ve been working with Kirei for several years now as part of our boutique real estate business, and we couldn’t ask for a better cleaning partner.Their team is professional, thorough, and reliable. We sometimes have last-minute requests or need follow-up visits to ensure everything is perfect for a showing or possession, and they always do their best to accommodate us.Their flexibility and attention to detail have made them an essential part of our client experience. Thanks for consistently going above and beyond!
