After finding RoverSpecialist on Google, I was so pleased to have had a great in-person experience with Vinnie, Marcus, Eli and the entire RoverSpecialist team. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They were attentive, communicative, and clearly cared about getting the job done right. It's evident their expertise in Land Rovers is real... they knew exactly what they were doing and fixed my car quickly and efficiently. Everything seemed perfect when I picked it up.Shortly after, I experienced a freak issue where a clamp popped off the coolant system. Even though this was an unexpected and unusual situation, their response was outstanding. They immediately stepped in and sent two mechanics from New Jersey all the way to my work in Brooklyn to resolve the issue on-site so I didn’t have to deal with towing my car back or being without it. It was fixed before my work day was over, and I couldn't believe how above and beyond they went to ensure my vehicle was ready and safe for me to drive home.That level of professionalism, accountability, and customer care is rare. Positive interaction and with both Vinnie and Marcos. Brought my 2020 Velar in for general maintenance and a/c repair. A fair amount of work effort and at the end the compressor required to be replaced which presented a small hurdle when the wrong compressor was delivered. At the end of it everything worked out well. It’s all about managing expectations and clear communication. I would def use these guys again. Keep up the good work.
