I recently switched to this pharmacy after having used one of the mainstream chain pharmacies for many years. I was surprised that my medicine altogether was about one hundred dollars cheaper! I had expected it to be more expensive but decided it’s worth it to keep money local. I also appreciate that this is a veteran owned business, another reason I chose this pharmacy. I recently gave an unfavorable review. I felt I was treated disrespectfully by an agent name David and a young women. (I can't remember her name) I did not respond favorably. I had run out of one the eye drops and the refill was sent to another state which made me mad but also worried on not being able to treat my new cataract surgery. While I was originally told, "what do you want me to do?" I did receive a call 2 days later saying I would receive my medicine. It was in my mailbox when I got home from work. Someone knew what to do about it. I do apologize for my expletives on the phone but, I still do not appreciate how it was handled. If you have any surgery, you want to have the medicine you need to heal and expect that it be there. I didn't need attitude. But, I appreciate they sent the medicine and called to let me know. Less

And I didn't know that I had any medicine there to even pick up so one thing is why wasn't I informed when i called to get the anxiety medicine filled that I had other medications there??? But I will never go there again because someone may call my Dr and tell on me and the worst thing is that they lied!!! This is not acceptable in my eyes if I was really doing something bad I would say okay u got me but I know and God knows that I'm not doing anything wrong but I wanted people to know that u never know if it's going to happen to you!!!
