I received a confirmation text from Amy about my service day. Both technicians were punctual, professional, and efficient. The technician Chris called me right before they were heading to my house. Upon completion of my cleaning he explained all the charges and informed me of my final cost. We were extremely satisfied. The rugs were cleaned thoroughly. Thank you. This was my first time using this company and I will be back. Scheduling was easy, the staff was on time and professional. They used shoe booties and changed them every time they came into the home which I appreciated. They took their time and were thorough with our sofa cleaning. They gave thorough instructions on what to expect with drying time and what to do if we had any issues.
