I am very satisfied with the carpet cleaning service from Supreme Gleam Team! I needed my stairs and dining room rug cleaned ASAP, and luckily they were able to get me an appointment the very next day.I spoke with Chris, who was wonderful from the start. We instantly connected when I mentioned Kimchi, my pug, and the urine stain on my rug — turns out his daughter’s cat is also named Kimchi! Plus, we’re both Filipino, and I love supporting family-owned businesses.He explained the entire process and pricing clearly. While the pricing was a little on the higher side, the customer service absolutely made it worth it. Carlos even called ahead to let me know they were running late from a previous job, which I really appreciated.The stairs and rug came out great, and the whole experience felt professional, friendly, and stress-free. I completely forgot to take before pictures, but the difference is definitely noticeable. I’ll definitely be calling them again to do more rooms when I have more time.
