After our refrigerator bit the dust we decided to stop in to check pricing. We were greeted by Shawn and he helped us find the perfect refrigerator that was in our budget. We went to a few other places and they were about $800 higher for the same unit. The refrigerator was still in its box in perfect condition. Also, the delivery drivers were fantastic. I highly recommend this company!

Purchase a washer from them 2 weeks ago. I love the washer it works fine. But I went in and I purchased a brand new washer. I could see them all lined up in the showroom covered in foam and shrink wrap. I was told that they were all brand new, purchased at a discount from Lowe's when they had leftover from an end of the year sale. I specifically asked if I was purchasing scratch and ding or if I was getting an actual brand new washer. They assured me they were brand new washers. They actually asked me if I wanted to tape the receipt onto the brand new washer that I wanted to choose to be delivered. I told him it didn't matter as long as I was getting a brand new one. When the delivery man came he brought me the floor model. While the washer works just fine and we needed to use it because we were staying inside due to the snowstorm that hit the next day, I couldn't just go to the laundromat until we got a new one. I'm very disappointed that I was given a bait and switch when I made my purchase. If they're going to sell scratch and ding they should tell you that that's what they're selling you and the price should be adjusted for it. (There are literal scratches on the front of my "brand new" washing machine) I could have purchased a new one out of the box for about the same price at Sam's club... technically $65 cheaper! I definitely would never shop here again.
