I took my 1 yr. old to see Dr. Sarah for her first dentist visit. Dr. Sarah was personable, knowledgable and put me at ease. She answered all of my questions and approached us with patience and compassion. The office is very clean and stocked with fun activities for children of all ages. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We look forward to returning in six months for the next check-up.

We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Silverstein and her amazing team! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they made Ronin feel completely comfortable throughout his dental work. What impressed me most was how Dr. Silverstein maximized her time during Ronin’s appointment, which ended up saving me over $200. I truly appreciated that! She even took the time to personally call us later that afternoon to check on Ronin and see how he was doing after his appointment, which meant so much to us and really showed how genuinely she cares about her patients. Dr. Silverstein is a top-notch pediatric dentist, and I would absolutely recommend her and her wonderful team to any family looking for exceptional, thoughtful dental care!

So happy we found this office! My son needed general anesthesia to get extensive work done, which wasn’t offered at our previous dentist office. Every single person we encountered, from the front desk (shout out Erika!) to the hygienists, assistants and dentist are so friendly and helpful, which made a stressful situation easier for us. Dr. Sarah is thorough and knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain exactly what she’s doing. The office is brand new and very clean, and my kids loved the toys in the lobby. Thank you Dr. Sarah and team, you are rockstars!

Great experience for my 1 year old’s first dental appointment! Office is new, clean, and well stocked with toys in the waiting room. Sometimes kid’s medical offices can be overstimulating with screens, but this one was not! Staff were friendly. Doctor Sarah was great with my son, informative, and supportive. Kiddo had a great first appointment. Would highly recommend!

This has been the best experience my son and I have had in a dental office. The front staff was thorough and welcoming over the phone and the assistant was extremely kind and patient with my son who is on the spectrum. Incredible experience with everything at La Mesa Pediatric Dentistry. From initial call to check-out, everything was superior. Dr. Silverstein even came out to the lobby to introduce herself before she went to check my daughter's teeth and I loved that personal touch. She and her staff were truly wonderful. I brought my two year old triplets here for their first dental appointment. I appreciated frontloading the onboarding paperwork prior to the appointment. It meant that we could walk right in and get seen without fiddling with forms, which can be difficult with three toddlers. The team was ready to see my kiddos promptly at the appointment start time, and walked me and my husband through the best ways to brush the kids' teeth and what milestones to look for. The dentist spent the entirety of our appointment talking to us about her own dental care of her young kids and how to wean off bottles and pacifiers, without being judgmental in the slightest about our parenting choices. I am so glad I chose this office to provide pediatric dental services to my kiddos, and can't wait to come back in 6 months!
