Pass on this company - They are beyond understaffed and simply cannot deliver. I had a great start with the company but as soon as a project went south and turnover increased, the time it took to get them to remedy the poor work just wasn’t worth the effort (poor work was cleaning, sealing and painting two porches and the tech tried to do it all in 24 hours without proper cure and dry time between coats and the paint chipped within a few months and I asked them to remedy. They informed me they agreed it was not the correct process and would remedy. They informed me I would have to wait until spring and I’d pay materials which was fine but they didn’t get to it until late June). Wanted to like them as they are quality individuals when you meet them, particularly Brad who is their glue guy and is beyond overstaffed due to their turnover. Unfortunately, as a business, they just aren’t staffed in a way that I can rely on and would warn others before contacting. Have months worth of ghosted texts, missed calls, ignored voicemails, multiple cancellations, missed appointments, and many communication delays in their online portal. I texted the owner prior to writing this to try and come to an understanding on the shortcomings and he falsely claimed he diagnosed issues with certainty, that he simply did not. When I presented emails, that he sent, confirming what he actually diagnosed and the course of action we took (his suggestions), he wasn’t having it and shut me down on the spot and said I was taking cheap shots and was triggered. He’s a good guy and I wish him well, but when push came to shove, he said they’re too swamped to deal with my concerns and my projects were not worth their time. So here I am, leaving a review I wanted to avoid. Sad to write this as the perception of having a solid handyman company in your corner is nice until that perception erodes.
