I wasn't sure if it was an emergency, but I knew my vision problem was urgent. They squeezed me in the same day at lunch time so Dr. Erickson could assess the current issue. I'll be going back soon for a full exam with dilation. It was a relief to know that while it's a concern that needs to be addressed soon, it wasn't a medical emergency.Thank you all for fitting me in and taking my concerns so seriously.

I had a very good experience, everyone was respectful and helpful My only suggestion is to provide a written follow up if multiple concerns were discussed; do I take that eye drop once or twice a day?, how long until they are effective?
