As we prepared to move from Toronto to Boston, a local real estate agent knew of Tracy and recommended him to us. We made contact with him before moving to the States, and he took care of everything from there. He went above and beyond to organize us a furnished rental for when we arrived, and then helped us find our new family home in Marlborough MA. His knowledge and experience went way beyond real estate. As newcomers to Massachusetts we appreciated his expertise on different towns, taxes, finance options, commuter options, schools, construction, and more. We love our new house and hope not to need a real estate agent any time soon (!) - but if we did, we would definitely work with Tracy again! Would not hesitate to recommend the Tracey and his team at Lux Group if you are looking to either rent or buy.
