I had an excellent experience with SecureTree Services. From the start, Rick was extremely responsive, thorough in scoping the job, and proactive about updating the quote and scope to make sure everything aligned clearly.This was a very technical and challenging project — the trees I needed them to remove were extremely large and located just a few feet from the foundation of my home. It required the use of a very tall grapple truck to safely remove each section. Ryan demonstrated incredible skill operating the grapple, carefully lifting every piece up and over my house. The entire process was smooth, controlled, and handled with precision. I was genuinely impressed.The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of the property. They were meticulous with cleanup and left everything in great condition. It was also clear that their equipment is top-of-the-line and very well maintained.I would absolutely recommend SecureTree Services, and they will be my go-to arborist for any future work.
