SUMMARY: Very professional and efficient movers who are kind, courteous, and easy to work with. The final price was above their estimate and it wasn’t entirely clear how the pricing is calculated, but their post move service was great. Ultimately, we’re happy with the move and service.Details of our move were this. Moving between homes with a stop at a large, full storage unit. Then about a week before moving, we needed to add a stop for a bed set. All stops were 4 miles or less from each other.They were on time, very professional, efficient, and courteous. They complimented us on being organized and ready to go when they showed up. They had a full team of guys who worked fast and efficiently. Outside of a buried lawn mower in the back of the garage, I would say the move itself was very smooth, with no bumps at all. He sent two guys over after the move to get the buried mower out.For the estimate, we were given a range and the final cost was above the high-end. While a surprise, the owner was willing to have a cordial conversation with us regarding the discrepancy. The final price did make sense once explained.Ultimately the move went great, he did right by us, and he really cared that we were happy with everything.UPDATE: We opened a tv about 2 weeks after the move to find it broken. Called Jaron and he was easy to work with and made things right with the TV. I appreciate his professionalism and willingness to see his work through even after a move is complete.

I spoke with the owner (Jaron) today talking about a last minute SUPER long distance move. He hit me with the gods honest truth about cost, timing and risks. Not only was he incredibly upfront about everything, he was professional, understanding and even helped me find an alternative solution because it wouldn’t make sense for either of us to use his company for the long move. BUT! Because he impressed the hell out of me with his professionalism, and willingness to help, I’m going to be using him and his company to help with the alternate solution. 10 Men Movers did an amazing job for us on a long-distance move to Pittsburgh, PA. They offered a very competitive price, especially when factoring in arrangements that were made for temporary storage. The 10-member crew that did the initial pick up worked fast and efficiently to fill one truck and part of another in a few hours. For the delivery, they managed to consolidate everything into one truck--even though it meant having to haul 125 heavy book boxes by hand because there was no room for a dolly. But they did it all without complaint. All the crew members we dealt with were exceptionally courteous, hard-working, and positive.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! Jaron (the owner) is great, Steve (who did all the scheduling and details) was so friendly and kind and made the process painless, and the 6 guys they sent out for our move (in 2.5 hours by the way 🤯) were SO nice and quick. It’s always great interacting with people who have fun together as coworkers while still being efficient, they were all super friendly and respectful and overall this was a 10/10 experience. I cannot thank Jaron, Steve, and all the guys enough for their kindness and services!
