Had a great experience with Hydrality. I’d been meaning to get a proper filtration system for a while and kept putting it off because I didn’t really know what I needed. The guys made the whole thing super easy, explained everything without overcomplicating it, and never felt like they were trying to upsell me on a bunch of stuff.Installation was also really clean and professional. They showed up when they said they would, got everything done properly, and left everything looking great. But honestly the biggest thing is just how much better the water tastes. I wasn’t expecting the difference to be that noticeable, but it really is. I’ve actually caught myself drinking way more water since getting it installed because it tastes that much better lol.Really happy I did it and even happier I went with these guys. Great local company and just good people to deal with. Definitely recommend.

I was looking for a whole-home system to handle the scaling and hardness in my house, I didn’t know about the other health benefits the system provides until I spoke with Tiberius. Hydrality has a system that lasts more than 20 years before needing a change of the media, which was a primary reason I opted for their system to avoid the redundant service costs. I also got the Reverse Osmosis filter for my sink, and thankfully they have the option to use a two-way faucet so I didn’t have to drill a hole in my countertop. Overall very happy with the experience and the improvement to my abode, my girlfriend enjoys the skin benefits greatly.

I recommend this company 100%. I had a problem with my Puronics unit—it wouldn't stop leaking—so I contacted them. Even though I was outside their usual service area, they went out of their way to help and sent a technician to my home who resolved the issue in about 15 minutes. They are very professional and reliable!

I had the pleasure of having Hydrality install their system in my home and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend moving forward if you have any concerns with your water quality.

Incredible service, professionalism and price. We were able to get a whole-house water filtration system installed with alkalinized water for drinking and everything done on the same day. All technicians were really knowledgeable, attentive and paid careful attention to detail.100% Recommend this company!

Amazing service! Tiberius was knowledgeable and very professional. I also really appreciated that he wasn't pushy (like sales folks normally are). The installation process was quick and easy and the product itself is amazing. It's been a month, and I have to say, I'm super impressed. The water tastes completely different, so much better, and even our ice is crystal clear. Really happy we went with Hydrality, their customer service was fantastic. Now I'm looking forward to the day we can save up enough to do the whole house!
