Amazing service! Tiberius was knowledgeable and very professional. I also really appreciated that he wasn't pushy (like sales folks normally are). The installation process was quick and easy and the product itself is amazing. It's been a month, and I have to say, I'm super impressed. The water tastes completely different, so much better, and even our ice is crystal clear. Really happy we went with Hydrality, their customer service was fantastic. Now I'm looking forward to the day we can save up enough to do the whole house!

Worked with Tiberius from calling for information to installing. Very polite and professional. This company is one of kind, they offer to do the a whole house water, or just drinking water. It’s such a fair price compared to other companies. They also offer payment plans. What I really like about this company is they offer hydrogen water OR alkaline water. Both very beneficial for health on top of sediment and reverse osmosis and another filter I’m forgetting. But it beats buying gallons or bottles over and over and you’re saving money. This company beats the 10 other companies I called for quality, knowledge and pricing. Call now!
