I lost a lot of weight before I joined EvoFit (70lbs). But the journey is beyond weight-loss. It’s about health and wellness. EvoFit has helped me get to the normal/acceptable/standard ranges of 8 of 13 metrics that I’ve been tracking for the past 9 months. I have no doubt that I will attain my goals for the other 5 metrics. I’m healthier than I’ve been in years. Come join the fun.

EvoFit has been a great experience for me as a beginner. I walked in feeling nervous, but the coaches and members are very supportive. I continue to learn something new every session. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to take that first step!

Highly recommended. The coaches are patient, encouraging and always willing to help with form or modifications. I am getting stronger and more confident with every class. There is a great variety of options to fit your own personal goals.

I never thought I would be a person who likes going to the gym. Now I plan my week around making sure I get to Evofit. Working out at this incredible gym has made me healthier, stronger and more confident. Here I always find fun and support and have gained many great friendships.

I joined Evofit after hip replacement surgery to help with recovery and strength. I completed 6 wk challenge, lost body fat, gained muscle and confidence. Awesome knowledgeable coaches and nice variety of classes. Supportive group of women! Love it!

Love everything about this gym! Training here sets you up for success! Not only do they offer a comfortable place to work, there are many classes to choose from, extremely supportive coaches and education on nutrition. On my 8th week and first time in my life, I am succeeding in all areas. Absolutely recommend Evofit!!
