I recently re-joined Evofit after a two year break due to surgeries and I have to say it was like coming home. The atmosphere is electric and positive, the energy is high vibe and the support is unmatched. I've already noticed a difference in my mood, body (fewer aches and pains) and my mental clarity. Everyone is so welcoming and the staff goes above and beyond to make the workouts fun, challenging and unique. There's no place like home!!! Thank you Evofit!!!

I joined EvoFit approx 8 mos ago after hip replacement surgery. My 1st day I was overwhelmed by the welcoming I received. Evofit has a really supportive group of women and excellent coaches who are so knowledgeable and great with modifications. There's a good variety of classes to choose from and workouts are always different, fun and challenging!! Love it!!

I lost a lot of weight before I joined EvoFit (70lbs). But the journey is beyond weight-loss. It’s about health and wellness. EvoFit has helped me get to the normal/acceptable/standard ranges of 8 of 13 metrics that I’ve been tracking for the past 9 months. I have no doubt that I will attain my goals for the other 5 metrics. I’m healthier than I’ve been in years. Come join the fun.

Highly recommended. The coaches are patient, encouraging and always willing to help with form or modifications. I am getting stronger and more confident with every class. There is a great variety of options to fit your own personal goals.
