I highly recommend Affordable Storage for storage. The customer service felt throughout the whole process is phenomenal. I was greeted immediately, and received a warm welcome and efficient service from all employees, especially Kris. I appreciate the wonderful people who helped me with storing my items, and am grateful for the timeliness in which my task was achieved.

Andrew not only dedicated his Sunday to assisting me in acquiring a unit I urgently needed during a critical and vulnerable period in my life, but while I was away, these individuals demonstrated exceptional understanding and assistance when my daughter encountered a late and overdue payment on my behalf. I am grateful for the unwavering availability of someone to address inquiries, facilitate payments, manage rentals, or simply provide courteous and genuine service. This unwavering commitment sets Affordable Storage apart from all others.Thank you Gentlemen!Cisco

I had been to a few places before, including discount storage across the street. Nobody was there at 2pm probably out day drinking.Anyways I walked into affordable storage and Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the units. Helped me make an informed decision on the correct space. Extremely motivated and informative. I would highly recommend this store specifically to any one in the Lubbock area.
