Eric was at my house in 15 min. After the storm in the evening , told him I had a doctor appt At 8 am in the morning and he said no problem , I’ll have your driveway open we will be there around 6:30 -7 am . I would give them 10 plus stars for their fast and professional response. I tried three other services before calling Aikens , only to get voicemails for emergency service . We have worked with Aiken twice now and both times were fantastic. The team was very considerate of our home, and clean up following service. This last time two birds nests accidently came down from cut branches. After speaking with our local sanctuary, the team went back and put the nests safely in the same tree. (Their moms did find them) During the entire service, the team kept checking in with us to make sure we were happy with the progress. We will absolutely continue working with Aiken for years to come.

Your DC company has DC been as professional and pleasant as anyone could expect. The 2 jobs we have had done have been spot on. They clean up as if they were not here. Pricing is better then what we expected and the hob was completed as we expected. We do not seeing use anyone else mmm in the future. Thank you !!
