I wanted to rent a bike for over the memorial holiday weekend. I’m a bit of a novice when it comes to bikes annd biking and I had numerous questions about what kind, what size, etc.Mary helped me and she was GREAT! She took the time to understand my needs and was able to answer all of my questions. She demonstrated superior customer service skills and was able to help me get set up with a bike that fit my bike needs perfectly.I will definitely be retuning to Cook’s Cycle on subsequent visits this summer for all my bike rental needs.
