Excellent experience. The scheduler was easy to talk with to find a workable appointment time to clean out our dryer vent. The 2 technicians came on time. Most of all, they did a thorough job. They removed a huge amount of lint caught up in the dryer hose all the way to the outside, cleaning from both ends. We also appreciated the care they took with covering up their shoes when they came inside the house. We will be calling on them again for next year's cleaning. Less

They protected their shoes when they walked into the house, wore masks and were courteous and efficient.
