Today after 40 years, I had my heating ducts cleaned by AirWhiz! Thanks to team leader, Carlos and the other two workers for a fantastic job. They took photographs before and after amazing difference 40 years of dust and dirt accumulated. They also did a great job cleaning my dryer vent and hose. While cleaning the heating vent, they also found And empty soda can from the 1970s that the builder obviously threw down there. Thanks again to the Germantown team. Overall great service - very professional and communicative/considerate. We had birds in an exhaust duct, and the team handled it quickly and installed a new exhaust cover and cage to prevent the same situation in the filter. I wanted to have another one installed but they weren’t interested - that’s the only downside of the experience. Perhaps didn’t have the extra materials on hand or the time.
