Overall, the experience was very positive. The pricing was straightforward, they did not try to upsell us, and they explained what would be covered. They crew showed up on time, and called about 20 min ahead to confirm their arrival. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. They took videos of the vents and shared them as we went. I would have given 5 stars, but I am not sure they actually cleaned the registers (duct covers). They vacuumed them but at least one we decided really needed to be cleaned. Not sure this was supposed to be included but it would have been nice to have everything cleaned. Overall, great service and did what they said they would do.

Easy to get a quote and schedule an appointment. The team called me in advance to provide a more precise arrival time. They did a nice job, leaving everything clean before leaving.

The dryer vent cleaning experience was seamless. The guys who showed up were professionals and didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need. Their service and advise was genuine, timely and very good. The charges ere also not unreasonable. Overall I am very happy with the service.

I had another highly rated company come to clean my HVAC ducts and vents.They were offering $100 off coupon, so my neighbor and I decided to hire them. They came to our homes at different times and tried the "bait and switch" with both of us.I had been researching AirWiz and decided to give them a try.Their prices were upfront and straight forward. 3 techs came and worked for over 2 hours. They found some mold in my HVAC unit (this was found by first company). This was hand cleaned and sanitized. The cost was $848 vs $3500 quoted by the first company.Very happy with the end results, workmanship, and NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES.
