We were having a few problems with our dryer vent. AirWiz arrived on time and fixed them all. The techs were very pleasant and efficient. They explained what they saw and what they were doing, and then they did it. I have used AirWiz before for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning and always have a smooth experience. They are a great company.

The estimated arrival time was 3 to 5pm, but Luis called a little before 2:00 & said they'd be able to be at our house sooner, and that was perfect timing, actually. He and his partner arrived at 2:00 to clean the dryer vent. One checked/cleaned the dryer itself while the other went around to the backyard to set up a ladder under the outside vent. Then they vacuum- cleaned that. Luis provided a check list showing several items that passed inspection after cleaning and gave us a copy w/ a receipt of our payment. They were finished well under 45 mins too-- very efficient.Thank- you.

Fantastic HVAC duct/vent cleaning experience! They arrived right on time, did an excellent job, and charged a very reasonable price. Highly recommend! We had them out last year for a dryer vent cleaning as well. I will continue to use them.
