The guys were wonderful. They came during the snow and then came back after it got nicer out to finish the job. Showed us videos from the roof vent to show how much they cleaned out. It needed to be done bad.

The Airwiz crew was terrific starting with Amanda in the office through the team who came to service our home. They were polite and professional and took the time to explain the process to us. They took care not to damage floors, walls and furniture in the process. The service has made a big improvement on how much dust and lint comes out of our vents. They definitely did a more thorough job than the previous company we had 6 years ago. We will definitely use them again.

I was really pleased with the service provided. Upon arrival, the process was explained and we did a walk-through as a show and tell so that I could understand exactly what was going to be done. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. Before and after pictures were taken and any issues shown explained. They did discover mold so I had that taken care of while they were here. The guys were polite, professional and left no residue behind. As far as the cost, I did feel it was pricey - an expensive process, but in all fairness, I had checked with several other companies before settling on this one so their cost was competitive as I did find some of the other companies higher. Bottom line I am totally satisfied as no other company who has serviced me in the past was as thorough in cleaning the ducts or even telling me about the process.
