I can't give a 5, nobody is perfect. I can say i look for how people react when there's issues and what they do resolve issues. And that's what I liked about Tshidi ( i dealt with her more) (Craig was always polite ) there was a little slip in sending something out. Tshidi got my parcel to me the next day, and charged me less. So thats why i think they are worth it. They stick with it when there's issues
