When our deal got delayed by a failed inspection, Eric and his team rolled up their sleeves and got creative. Communication was fantastic, and even in the beginning when I was shopping around, I couldn’t believe how quickly they got me the critical information I was after, when 6 other brokers could barely get me one straight answer per call. For anyone questioning whether or not to go with a broker, Eric and his team make it very clear what working with a broker SHOULD be like. They are tenacious and they make sure their lenders fall in line when things go sideways. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
