If I could I would rate them a 100/100. They were very understanding and let me put down a deposit and paid the remaining balance the day before our party. They respond back to emails within an hour and they work well with what you want for your event. I had the option for them to set up the night before or the morning the day of the party, pick up time was once the party was over. We kept in contact to let them know when they could come pick up the tents and I didn’t feel rushed to end my party by a certain time. The set up and pick up time was fast.
