We were day two on a cross-country road trip from Maine to Utah when we were gathered up into a 3-car crash. Our Jeep sustained front end damage. We pulled into Axelboy looking for a repair or simply just parts. They said they could look at the Jeep and tells us how much damage was visible, but they wouldn’t have time to do the repairs. After hearing our story they found time to make the necessary repairs to get us on our way. Nice compassionate people; great service. They kept us informed about the necessary repairs. Over and above to help us. Highly recommend.

Traveling cross country with some jeep friends and had a little accident. Luckily we were able to get it to Axleboy to see if they had some parts we could replace. They did one step better and offered to take a look at the jeep. After taking a look they said they can put a mechanic on it if we were willing to wait. Their mechanic did a great job repairing the jeep and getting everything properly aligned again so that we could continue our journey.

I tried them out for the first time a year ago for a lift, new tires, and Fluid Film on an 04 Tundra that I moved with from California. They did a very thorough and detailed job, especially with the Fluid Film. The truck both looked and drove amazing! After having to replace my 04 after an accident, I brought my replacement 06 Tundra back to them for new tires, fluid film, limited-slip diff. A few months later, went back to them again for a leveling kit install, new tie rods, and upper control arms. As no one is always perfect, there were a few hiccups here and there, but they were quick to respond and resolve them. Will definitely be going back there for anything I need for this truck!

I took my truck in after installing a lift to get the alignment done. There were a couple of hiccups along the way that we had to work through. Scott (owner) got involved very quickly and addressed my concerns. Scott was professional, very responsive and always responded to my calls or emails. What isn't important is the hiccups, things happen beyond our control from time to time but what is important (at least to me) is that Scott invited me to sit down with him face to face and made it right. Scott was honest, reasonable, onsite and involved every step of the way. You can be confident that if something doesn't go as planned, Scott is a man of his word and will do everything he can to make it right.
