Great staff and products.I should up an hour late for my appointment and they were still able to speak with me and work on the special product matching that I was looking to achieve. The had the color and the product available.I will be picking this up within a week from order time. WOW what good service and care for the customer.Thank you Trevor for your time in matching what I needed and getting everything ordered.

The team at 5280 is tremendous! Leah in particular was super communicative, knowledgeable and a total pro. She answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly and even with a lag of more than a month while we interviewed contractors, she was patient and brought things right back online when we were ready. The approval and payment process was simple and easy, and since we chose a stock color, our order was delivered only a couple of days after we placed it. The delivery driver was great and we were unloaded in no time. I love the look of our new patio roof and will be recommending the 5280 team to anyone who needs stuff like this.

It was so a pleasure to work with Charmaine! She is so kind and went way above and beyond for us! Thank you!!!!

AMAZING is all I can say. Everyone is so helpful and kind. I've worked with several metal suppliers and the level of experience, professionalism, knowledge, support....EVERYTHING, doesn't even come close to what you get with this team. No matter how busy they are, you feel so welcomed and as if you are the most important business to them. Darren and his team are just outstanding. Thank you.

Amazing customer service! Great communication. Darren the owner was very busy and still went out of his way to show me a product and how it worked. Leah was extremely kind and very easy to work with. They made time to rush my metal production and I was very happy with my experience. I will always come here from now on.

Leah was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable, caring and always available to answer my questions regarding the product, service and time frames. In today’s day and age you just don’t get customer service like we I grew up with and Leah made me remember what customer service should be!!!

After doing a little research and calling around to several places in town, looking for a small or mid-quantity order of snow rail to be fabricated, I found 5280 Metal Supply to be the most responsive and they even offered the best pricing quote and quick turn around.Leah was the sales representative who took my call and she had me all of the information I needed and the most competitive quote within the day.So far my experience and interaction with this company has been very impressive.
