Ben and Cintia were a complete joy to work with. In all of my years of dealing with realtors, Founding Fathers, were the easiest and the best with communicating, being upbeat and positive. They came through for us in the most difficult of circumstances, when we needed to move quickly, and worked out time frames that worked for us. They went the extra mile for us, above and beyond the call of duty. The gift bag of goodies for our road trip while moving was so sweet and awesome, and it helped us make it through, even after we reached our destination. We highly recommend Ben and Cintia of Founding Fathers! We couldn't have found anyone better to work with!

I can’t thank Benjamin and his team at Founding Fathers Affordable Housing enough for helping me sell my mother’s mobile home.I had a hard time finding an agent willing to take on the sale, but Benjamin stepped in without hesitation. He and his team were compassionate, professional, and incredibly accommodating. As I was handling everything from out of town, I especially appreciated their flexibility. He met with me on weekends when I could travel and managed as much as possible through virtual communication. Their support and clear communication made a difficult process much more manageable.Ben’s knowledge of the unique challenges that come with mobile homes and their communities was invaluable. He navigated issues that even the park managers could not or would not help with, and I felt supported every step of the way. It is clear he and his team understand this specialized market and approach their work with both expertise and genuine care.I am truly grateful to have found Founding Fathers Affordable Housing and cannot recommend them highly enough.

We called from out of state and could not come to CO before moving. We talked with Ben about what we wanted for price, location, and lot rent. He found us everything we asked for and under our max home price and lot rent. The house was exactly like the pictures and perfect for us. We were able to drive into town, see the house and buy it on the same day. Thanks Ben for such a great experience!

It was the most amazing experience. Love how they treat their customers. Also, we love the they treat my parents with respect and equality, even though that they do not speak English. We truly appreciate their business and we will recommend it to anybody. We also look forward to continue working with them.
