I brought my significant other for his Birthday and he and I completely enjoyed our experience!!!! It was better than we expected. We will definitely be back again, it was so relaxing and very helpful for our breathing. We could tell a difference immediately!

I told my daughters that I wanted an experience the whole family could do for mother's day& I chose the Salt Cave in Middletown. It was a first for all of us.Whitney was Wonderful! She was very nice, welcoming, knowledgeable & professional. She explained everything thoroughly & got us checked in & started right on time. It was very relaxing. I had a little drainage I had been dealing with prior & after our 45 minutes in the cave- I noticed the drainage cleared up. I felt better! I will definitely do this again!

I can’t praise this place enough! I was warmly greeted when I came in. They explained everything. The atmosphere is calm, and they have complimentary tea. I had chamomile and was able to take it into the room. Left my sandals and put my socks on. They also have blankets if you’d like to be cozy, of which I indulged. Gracefully, I was the only one in my session so I really got to immerse in the calm music and salt. The room was cool, perfectly dim, and you can hear and somewhat taste the salt when they burst. I felt like my nervous system completely unwound during those 45 minutes! If you haven’t been, I highly encourage it. I had a recent flare on my face and my skin was calmed the next day. I also had been breathing which hasn’t been the case with this weather. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to The Salt Cave. Very cool experience! I very recently had a tooth pulled and have had more than usual pain and swelling. It’s been about 5 hours since my treatment and the swelling and pain in my throat has decreased significantly. I will definitely be back for more treatments and the price is very reasonable.

Excellent The lady at the front desk made us feel special. She gave us a warm welcome help us relax in the chairs, made sure we were settled before closing the door. After the session she opened the door never rushed us out. Service with a smile. Will definitely recommend. The salt cave, WOW so satisfying loved it. My friends first time we will continue to visit and spread the word.

It was amazing. It was my first salt therapy session. Was in there for about 50 minutes and it was so relaxing. Started off in the chair, laid on the salt for about 5 minutes then got back in the chair. It was an amazing experience. Helped with my breathing a little bit which any progress im here for.
