Septic issues are awful and require immediate remedies! Fortunately their plumbers came quickly and while the repair took weeks they were thorough, polite and knowledgeable. I called Evan at LCI at 8:30 on a Tuesday Morning and he had one of his workers (Dwayne) out and arrived at 9:30. They assessed the problem and found the Water Pump outside and the Tank under the house to be damaged. He had the pump in and complete at 1:30 the same day. I couldn't have asked for better service or professionalism from this complany. They explained everything that would need to be done including cost (which ended up being a little cheaper than originally quoted) . When they came out and fixed the tank under the house, it was more tedious then expected but nonetheless, they honored what I was quoted and did an amazing job.
