I had multiple vendors come out to give me estimates for mold remediation work, and Jack Draghi from Household Environmental was by far the standout. Unlike the others, he never pushed me to buy anything. Instead, he gave me honest advice: wait until I've addressed a precursor issue — in my case, replacing my roof — before doing any remediation work with them. He also took the time to educate me on the NH Saves program, sharing helpful information without any pressure to sell.I felt genuinely comfortable and confident after talking with him.
