I hired this company for gutter cleaning, and the cleaning itself was done well. However, the follow-up service was extremely unprofessional. The cleaner recommended replacing all my gutter guards, and I agreed to the quoted price. They also charged me a $50 disposal fee and removed all my existing gutter guards. After that, it took multiple reminders over two months just to get a response. In the end, they suddenly told me the job wasn’t worth their time and backed out, leaving me with no gutter guards and having to find someone else. Very disappointing experience.

My property lies on a North-facing slope in a fog-heavy SF neighborhood, which means all the surfaces in the front of my home accumulate moss, mold & build up. Aaron attacked the front facade, brick stairs/landing, driveway, sidewalk, roof tiles, and side entry path with both vigor & precision. I wish I had taken a “before” photo to illustrate the sparkling results….it’s like the house went to the dentist for a deep cleaning.
