I hired this company for gutter cleaning, and the cleaning itself was done well. However, the follow-up service was extremely unprofessional. The cleaner recommended replacing all my gutter guards, and I agreed to the quoted price. They also charged me a $50 disposal fee and removed all my existing gutter guards. After that, it took multiple reminders over two months just to get a response. In the end, they suddenly told me the job wasn’t worth their time and backed out, leaving me with no gutter guards and having to find someone else. Very disappointing experience.
