We have been very happy with all of the services we have received from Local1. Tom is a master plumber whom we first met on a recommendation from a young plumber who'd worked with him at his previous employer. Tom honestly and thoroughly evaluated the pros and cons of a new tankless water heater vs. a replacement gas-fired one, then was impressively ethical in declining the job in favor of his previous employer, given the circumstances of the referral. We were so impressed we've called him for every plumbing service we've needed since -- installing new kitchen sinks, repairing a toilet that insisted on flushing over and over, fixing a clogged bathroom sink, etc. He even advised us not to hire him for work when he knew that the cost would far outweigh the benefit. His work is excellent as is his character. Definitely 5 stars!
