I came to Petra to get a diamond ring fixed where two settings had broken and two diamonds had fallen out. I could not be happier with the result. They sourced two new diamonds and the ring looks new again. The team were very lovely and accomodating. Definitely recommend.

Friendly, professional and full of helpful ideas. I wore a wedding ring and engagement ring which had to be cut off my arthritic fingers. After a search I discovered Patra who were able to combine the two rings and add a hinge for easy removal. The finished ring is absolutely beautiful. So glad to have discovered them

I purchased an engagement ring and had an excellent experience. Sarah was really helpful throughout the process, discussing options and helping me design a ring within my budget - no pushy sales tactics. The ring is wonderful and even though it is bespoke the cost was very similar to high street stores. After proposing, my partner needed it resizing a couple of times - this was easy to arrange and the ring was returned to us quickly. We'll certainly be using Petra again for our wedding rings!
