A massive thank you to Jo at Petra Jewellery who helped me with cutting off a particularly painful ring that I couldn’t remove myself. On seeing it she immediately sat me down, cut the ring off quickly and painlessly and then reassured me that they would be able to assist in resizing the ring once my finger was less swollen. I look forward to going back to eventually repair my jewellery with them 😊

Brilliant day. Really good fun .Very well organised by Petra Jewellery only made tricky by participants who either hadn’t booked or turned up late or didn’t follow the instructions as to where to go and when ….. maybe a bit more clarity that it wasn’t a ‘drop in’ and that the ‘workshops’ wee actually timetabled.It was great to hear about the gemstones in such a fun and informative way and everyone at Petra Jewellery + the outside speakers were all great. Brilliant idea to have the jewellery cleaning at a much reduced price available for the charity’s funds . My rings look like new.I am soooo glad they made such a great amount of money for such a good case

Jo and I spent some time discussing an idea for my 10 year anniversary present for my wife. Jo came up with a design of a channel set curved platinum bar with 10 diamonds, based on my wife's engagement, wedding and eternity diamonds on a platinum necklace with an adjustable clasp setting. That means it can be easily worn at different lengths. It was finished by a rear twin drop of our birthstones, Sapphire and Tanzanite. Petra and Mitch, you should be so proud of your team, Jo and Behzad thank you. Lovely job done to enlarge and fix wedding and engagement rings and several other smaller fixing jobs that have been waiting in a drawer at home to do for years. Nice to have them back, all shiny and good as new. Thanks!

Took our wedding rings and my engagement & eternity ring to be resized. Lovely experience the staff were very friendly, took their time looking at the rings and commented that after 20 years the rings were still in very good condition. Collection was very smooth again met with a smile and friendly banter. Lovely team from start to finish will definitely take rings back in for a clean and polish they look new.

I’ve used Petra twice now in the last year for creating a bespoke ring. Once to redesign an eternity ring that was far too small, and the second time to use the “leftovers” to make another ring to sit alongside it. Both rings are amazing and I’m so pleased. The consultation process was easy and Abi was so patient and helpful with ideas of what would and wouldn’t work. I have recommended Petra to friends and family.
