I recently took my grandmother’s engagement ring in to be resized. Bearing in mind that the ring is over 100 years old, I was obviously concerned. Petra Jewellery explained the whole process to me and the end result was perfect. One very happy customer who is now able to wear a beautiful ring without fear of it falling off!! Petra have been amazing with us. My wife and I had them recommended to us for our wedding, and they designed us two wonderful individualised rings. I cannot speak more highly of the care and time we were given, and there was also wonderful aftercare to make some final tweaks post-wedding at no charge. Abi was so helpful in getting my partner's engagement ring sorted especially as I had the deadline of a very special holiday to have it ready by! I have used Petra for a few years now. My original request was to fix a warped signet ring which belonged to my grandad and it came back brand new.Then in 2024, I sat down with Jo to design my fiancés engagement ring. She was so helpful in guiding me on what works, putting my thoughts into drawings and being there for any questions I had during the process. The outcome was flawless and both me and my fiancé are over the moon with the final result.We then recently returned and collected our wedding rings which will be used in 4 weeks time. Though we're just having normal gold bands, the meeting and guidance was again spot on. From showing us all the different shapes, metals etc.For anything else we may need or want in the future, we will definitely be returning.

I have had two pieces of jewellery made at Petra and two repairs. I am besotted with my custom made pendent, created using two pieces of inherited jewellery that would otherwise never have been worn. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer my questions without ever making me feel rushed.
