Repair was completed well, I have a restring on a pearl bracelet that the clasp got broken when I tried to get a tag off. Completed quicker than expected. Customer service was excellent, very welcoming on both drop-off and pick-up.New repair completed to a high standard and they took good care of the very sentimental piece of jewelry. Very friendly on collection and drop-off.

My thanks to Jo and the Petra team for the resizing of my wedding ring. This was a professional, friendly and efficient service from start to finish. Very reasonably priced given the work involved (3 sizes smaller). Highly recommend.

Just collected a beautiful necklace and bracelet from Abi today. She has been amazing in helping us choose several of our recent pieces. Some items were made using sentimental family jewellery, so the opportunity to 'recycle' gold and effectively wear our relatives much loved items has been amazing. The workshop experience made everything so much more personal. From design ideas to minor design and scale input. Her knowledge and perspective has helped us ensure every piece has been just perfect. The hand finished quality of bespoke pieces from Petra is second to none.Thank you so much Abi

Have been using Petra for many years now. From workshops to creating my wedding ring and recently, adjustments to existing jewellery.I even had some diamond earrings removed as the backs had caught on the screw pin.Very attentive and a personal service experienced every time. Thoroughly recommend.

I had a lovely experience with Jo helping to get the most out of my jewelry I had and she came up with a lovely design. The gold smith did an excellent job with this as well repairing a ring I had and enlarging another. Everyone was so kind and friendly, and Jo was so caring and sensitive during the whole process. Lovely people, I would defiantly recommend Petra Jewelry for any remodeling and repairs, you will be in safe hands.
