After a through scan of my teeth, I learned I had 4 cavities and 2 of my teeth needed restorations.Dr. Siba was absolutely fantastic. Her gentle approach and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and virtually pain-free. I am very sensitive to pain and have a very low pain tolerance and I am very grateful with her gentle approach and understanding! I had to give 1 star but it is negative 1 instead. Terrible experience with money hungry front desk. My daughter comes there last week, does work with Dr Corbo for the first part of a crown. At the end of the procedure my daughter provides medical insurance card to the front desk for payment and was advised that she was not covered and had to pay out of pocket over $700. Was told to return for the next stage of the crown placement the following week. Quite upset that a 19 year old university student that just finished paying for tuition had to pay over $700 for something she was not prepared for. She then comes to the second appointment thinking that she had nothing more to pay. They take her in and was then notified that she had to pay for another $1200. Calling me frantic not knowing what to do, while I was in Italy. I advised her to get Dr. Corbo on the phone. She hung up the phone being frantic. I then called Dr Corbo asking why did anyone NOT NOTIFY my daughter of the full cost of the procedure right at the beginning, on the first visit. Dr Corbo advised my that he only works there. Me and my family have been coming there for over 50 years and this has never occurred when he had his own practice. I will tell you why they don't advise their clients the full cost...so that if the client knew they would not return. This is an outrage. They take advantage of young people. I advised them to stop the procedure and they said no. Why? Because they want to complete the service so that they can bill the extra 1200 to a young student. This is untrustworthy for a medical practice and I will be taking this to the.next level. I do not recommend this practice to anyone. Dr Corbo says that it is not his responsibility but I do NOT agree. It is the full responsibility of the medical practice to advise the full procedure and full costs upfront. Don't be taken advantage of this crooked practice. Less

quite frankly this is the worst place i ever been to get dental work, first of all i went to get a tooth examined, i was never informed of the cost prior to having my tooth checked, prior to having my tooth checked i asked how much, the assistant said they will give me a estimate first, but should not be much than standard costs, i been to many dentists i figured i would wait, the dentist came in and just started working on my tooth/molar, i was in pain i did not even think of asking for costs again, right after the job was done, when i saw the amount charged i was very mad, i was in a hurry so i just paid, i got charged $38 for an x-ray, $153 for diagnosis which took her maybe 1minute or less to look at the x-ray, and $285 for a filling, i am still considering filing a complaint with the canadian dental association, mainly for the fact that i was not informed of the costs prior to doing the work, i could have easily walked out without paying since i was not given a total price prior to starting the work on my molar, i even considered taking them to small claims court since i have 2 years from date of occurrence.. i needed other work done i just went to my regular dentist in VAUGHAN,, if you want great service and very reasonable prices, go to TWIN DENTAL CARE at 3737 Major Mackenzie Drive, in Woodbridge, it is worth the drive, i went there about 10 days later to get my other work done on my other teeth/molar, price is way less.. and they will NOT start any work done without giving you costs and you agreeing to costs prior to doing the work.. i have both invoices to prove that TWIN DENTAL is fair in pricing.. notice i get charged $153 at DENTAL GROUP just for looking at an x-ray, and notice i get charge only $22 at TWIN DENTAL for the exact same thing.. a filing costs about 150 at TWIN DENTAL, i got charged 285 at DENTAL GROUP on finch..
