We hired this company through a recommendation from Lowe’s, as they were one of the contractors recommended to us as Lowe’s credit card holders. Because of that recommendation, we felt confident moving forward with a nearly $14,000 fence installation.Less than a year after installation, we began noticing that our large double gates were tilting and sagging. We reached out with photos at the time but never received a response.Over the years, the problem continued to worsen despite replacing the wheels and adding additional support in an effort to keep the gates functional. The gates have now deteriorated to the point that they require complete replacement.We recently had three separate fence professionals inspect the gates, and each expressed concerns regarding the original gate design and support system. When we contacted the original installer hoping they would stand behind their work or offer some assistance, we were told the gates would need to be replaced.The most disappointing part of this experience has been the lack of communication when concerns were first raised and the lack of support now that the gates have failed. A major investment like a fence should last significantly longer than a few years before requiring thousands of dollars in replacement costs.We chose this company based on a trusted recommendation and expected a much longer-lasting result. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience.

I recently had a vinyl fence installed by this company to replace an old wood fence and am very happy with the results! Everyone was professional every step of the way. Randy was great and helped me figure out what I needed initially.Michele answered questions I had and was very helpful every time I called.The installation crew did a wonderful job taking down the old fence, putting up the new fence and cleaning up afterwards.Adam went above and beyond before and after the installation of the fence to make sure everything went well and that I was satisfied. There were a couple of challenges along the way, but he helped navigate through them, had solutions for those challenges, and even finished the job himself by completing a final request that I had afterwards!I highly recommend this company and would hire them again for my fencing or decking needs.

Lifetime fence was a great choice for us. Our old wood fence blew over in a storm so we called a couple companies, Randy Taylor was the first to call us back and set an appointment! He called personally and made the appointment versus the other companies with a call center and being cued out a week or more for an estimate. Randy was friendly and knowledgeable and made us a priority, they were able to install within a week and had the best quote! I recommend 10/10,

Our fence was badly damaged during an afternoon storm by a dead tree going through it. Lifetime had initially installed the fence, so we called them to do the repair.
