Before Dr Compas I went to a lady that didn’t believe in the cracking and I wasted hundreds on woo woo alignment methods. The IG chiro videos scared me and I didn’t want to end up a noodle so I just stuck to my yoga and ergonomic work from home Amazon finds. My best friend has gone to Dr Compas for weeks and always raved afterwards. I booked through Zocdoc a week later. The wait was a bit long but that’s to be expected for a weekend appointment. Front desk lady was sweet. It starts with a little pulsing machine to stimulate your back which was relaxing. He asks what’s up and then gets to work. The absolute crunchery of it all omg. At the end he asked me to stand up and tell him how I feel. I didn’t realize how good I felt until I left the office and trekked home. I can’t remember if he said come back 5 twice a week for 2 or 5 weeks but whatever it is I’ll be there. Dr Compas is a saint. Less
