I also had concerns about another unwanted c-section and desired to achieve a VBAC. A good friend of mine recommended Max Health after a positive experience during her own pregnancy. At our first appointment, we were greeted very kindly by Pam at the front desk. We were taken back to a consultation room by Melissa, Dr. Crisavi’s case manager, and she helped us to understand how our nerves, muscles, joints, and bones work together. She was very attentive as I described the issues we had been dealing with, and she thoroughly examined both my daughter and me before Dr. Crisavi’s assessment. Dr. Crisavi joined us later and further examined us. We received our first adjustments at our next appointment. After only one adjustment, I noticed a significant improvement in my daughter’s gait and in my hip pain! Three months later, my girl is walking tall and seems so much more comfortable in her day to day! One unexpected surprise about her chiropractic care was a noticeable difference in her digestion. When someone hit me and totalled my truck, I was left w severe whiplash, migranes and all the muscles from the top of my head down to my tailbone were seized up. Dr Vinny was able to get me in quickly. They specialize in post-accident recovery, so they treat more than the regular chiropractor. Part of an auto accident is soft tissue injury. If you were looking for a good chiropractic place, Max Health is where you need to be. About a year and a half ago I was diagnosed with the degenerative disc in my lower back. I went through physical therapy did everything I was supposed to do and was still having pain. In March of this year 2023, my thumb and my finger under my finger tips had started going numb and tingly. I called the place I’m not gonna mention the name that I had used before and they refused to see me. I was scrolling through Facebook one day and I came across Max Health. They had advertised chiropractic care plus care for neuropathy, so I eventually gave them a call. Set up an appointment went in and had some scans done Dr. Vinny talked to both my husband and I about his findings. At this point he set up a program for me to start to see if I could get some relief. In August of this year I was rear ended. I had an appointment for that day to go to Dr. Vinny, and I immediately called them to tell them I had been in a wreck. At that time I felt fine. I guess it was the adrenaline about 45 minutes later I started having neck pain and a bad headache in the lower part of my skull. They said I should go to the hospital and have a CT done in which I did and I was diagnosed with cervical sprain. At this point everything from June through August had went down the drain Dr. Vinny did my scans and everything had shifted to the left and I was having headaches with dizziness. So for the next 13 weeks him and his staff worked with me twice a week to try to get me back to at least where I was before I had the wreck. Last Tuesday was my last day of my 13 week program, and I went from being on a scale of one to 10 with a nine in pain to a one. I still have my lower back issue, but for the most part, the numbness and tingling in my fingers have stopped my neck pain has been resolved my mobility to be able to move my head left to right has returned to normal. I am not at 100% but I am at 95% better than I was when I first started. Dr.Vinny and his staff are great people. They are very personable. Coming into Max Health, I had been dealing with both neck pain and severe back pain that radiated throughout my entire back at times.
