I have tried one of each of the following; sirloin, strip, ribeye, and tenderloin so far. The taste is excellent. The only issue I have had is that two of the packages had tears in them which I only noticed once I defrosted them on my counter and found blood on the counter. And, two of the steaks had strange cuts in the meat. Other than that, I'm pleased with the flavor and quality of the meat.

We have only cooked your steaks once so far and it was incredible. We grilled a bavette, 2 filets, and a strip. They were all fantastic but the bavette was my personal favorite. We will be ordering from you again. Thank you for being a part of The Club.

while the quality of the meat is great, to date we have cooked 3 packages of the ground beef and each time we find the burgers come out very dry. The only method of cooking we have not used is my Traeger which we will try in the next couple of days. it almost seems as if y'all need to add some tallow or a bit more fat to your mixture.
