If you have any aches or pains I would highly recommend a visit to Nick at Choose Health. He is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and clearly explained my diagnosis and treatment plan. I have been seeing Nick for about 3 months now for severe lower back pain. I initially struggled to even walk in to my first appointment, but through a combination of physio and acupuncture, I’m now confidently able to go on short walks without any mobility aids. Each session he offers practical advice along with an easy to follow exercise programme. Such a positive experience, thank you Nick.

Nick has made such a difference to my back issues. I had been suffering for 7 years and was at the point of serious depression through the lack of help available. He has listened to all my different pains and challenges and has provided explanations, help and most importantly hope.
